Platform Experience is a cocktail bar & gaming venue with video console stations & semi-private hangout spaces based in Shoreditch, London.

We supported the brick & motor venue with a variety of services, including:
Paid Ads: Campaigns via Google Ads and Meta Ads were the core focus, including asset creation, copywriting and keyword research.
Organic social: We managed all of the key Platform social media channels, supporting wider campaigns but moreso ensuring an always-on strategy was implemented with consistent content relevant to our key audiences.
Email marketing: Bi-weekly emails pushing relevant campaigns to its growing network.
Influencer marketing & management: Managing inbound and outreach for influencers interested in visiting Platform and ensuring deliverables were executed.
Content capture: Being on-site at the venue and capturing content around food, drink, venue and staff content to populate socials, emails and more.
We thoroughly enjoyed working with Platform and it was great to support another brick & motor business.
